Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. See Shipping & Returns and the Purchase Terms for the full process.

Email support@burneratelier.comwith your order number. We'll send return instructions. You cover return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Once we've received and checked the return, within 14 days, to your original payment method.

For a different size or colour, return the original and place a new order. It's the fastest way to get the right piece to you.

Wash cold, inside out. No fabric softener. Hang to dry. Care details are on each product page and the garment label.

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.
