These terms apply to all purchases made at burneratelier.com. By placing an order, you accept them. The terms follow Swedish consumer law, including the Distance Contracts Act (lag 2005:59) and the Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen 2022:260).

Prices
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. Shipping cost is shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Orders
A binding agreement is formed when we send your order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock error, or suspected fraud, and to refund any amount already paid.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the card types shown at checkout. We never store your full card details.
Delivery
We ship within Sweden with PostNord. [Edit if you ship internationally.] Orders are dispatched within two business days. Estimated delivery is two to four business days after dispatch, with exceptions for remote areas and peak periods. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Right of withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Distance Contracts Act.
To use this right, notify us at support@burneratelier.com within 14 days. You then have 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and for the item until it reaches us, so use a trackable method.
We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, or from the date you show proof of return, to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned. If an item is returned in reduced condition, we may deduct a corresponding amount.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Sales Act you have the right to complain (reklamation) for up to three years; notice given within two months of discovering the fault is always considered timely. For approved complaints we cover return shipping and offer repair, replacement, or refund.
Returns process
Email support@burneratelier.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions and the return address. Do not send returns without contacting us first.
Dispute resolution
If we can't agree on a complaint, you can refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, arn.se), whose decisions we follow. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to meet our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law These terms are governed by Swedish law.
