  • Orders are packed and sent within two business days. You'll get a confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

  • We ship with PostNord. Most parcels arrive within two to four business days inside Sweden. You can collect from your nearest service point or have it delivered, depending on the method shown at checkout.

  • We ship across the EU. Delivery times and cost are shown at checkout.

  • The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation, or see the Order Tracking page.

  • Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. See Shipping & Returns and the Purchase Terms for the full process.

  • Email support@burneratelier.comwith your order number. We'll send return instructions. You cover return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • Once we've received and checked the return, within 14 days, to your original payment method.

  • For a different size or colour, return the original and place a new order. It's the fastest way to get the right piece to you.

  • Wash cold, inside out. No fabric softener. Hang to dry. Care details are on each product page and the garment label.

  • Card payments, processed securely by Stripe.

  • Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

  • This first drop is limited. Sign up to the email list to hear when something returns or a new drop lands.
